Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, with receipt. To start a return contact hr@snatchfit.store

Damages: Contact us immediately if the item is defective or wrong

Exchanges: Return the item, then place a new order once accepted.

Refunds: Approved refunds process within 10 business days to your original payment method.
